Biography
Peter Goettler joined the Cato Institute as President and CEO in April, 2015. Prior to this, Goettler was most recently Head of Investment Banking and Debt Capital Markets—Americas, Head of Global Leveraged Finance, and Head of Global Loans at Barclays Capital.
