Miles Smith IV

Biography

Miles Smith IV is assistant professor of history at Hillsdale College. His research focuses on the American South and the Atlantic world, primarily intellectual history at the nexus of religion, slavery, and freedom. In 2013, Smith received his PhD in history from Texas Christian University.
