Dr. Nigel Ashford is senior program officer at the Institute for Humane Studies. He joined IHS from the United Kingdom where he was a professor of politics at Staffordshire University.

Norman Barry was an author and professor of political science at the University of Buckingham. He was an expert on the works of Friedrich Hayek and Frederic Bastiat and was also an early exponent of public choice theory. He passed away in October 2008.
